Booking
How do I book the Mazet de Félicie?
Bookings are made on Airbnb, where you will find the availability calendar and prices. See the listing.
What is the minimum stay?
Five nights minimum in season. Out of season, the length of stay is flexible: just ask us.
How many guests can stay at the villa?
Up to eight guests, in four bedrooms.
Can we hold a party or an event?
No. The Mazet is let for holidays only, with no parties or events.
Is the tourist tax included?
It is collected by Airbnb when you book.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in between 3 pm and 7 pm, check-out by 10 am.
Is bed linen provided?
Yes, all linen is provided: bed linen, bath and pool towels. The bathrooms also have a hairdryer and shower gel.
The villa
How are the bedrooms arranged?
The villa has four bedrooms over three floors: two double bedrooms on the first floor, one double bedroom on the ground floor and a twin bedroom on the garden level. See the villa floor by floor.
How many bathrooms are there?
Three bathrooms, one on each floor, plus a separate WC on the garden level.
Is the villa air-conditioned?
Yes, every room has reversible air conditioning, which also provides heating out of season.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, the villa has high-speed Wi-Fi.
Is the kitchen fully equipped?
Yes: oven, microwave, dishwasher, American-style fridge and coffee machine. The villa also has a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
Is smoking allowed?
Only on the terraces. Never indoors or in the garden: in summer, the area is at very high risk of wildfire.
Is the villa accessible for people with reduced mobility?
On the ground floor only, which has a double bedroom and a bathroom. The first floor and the garden level are reached by stairs.
Pool and garden
When is the pool open?
From May to October.
What is the pool like?
A private 12 × 4 m saltwater pool, with loungers, sunbeds and parasols. See the garden and the pool.
Does the pool have a safety cover?
Yes, a safety roller shutter covers the pool; it is closed every evening and in strong winds.
Is the pool heated?
Yes. Throughout the season, from May to October, we guarantee the water never drops below 25 °C.
What is there in the garden?
6,000 m² of grounds with an olive grove, a pétanque court, a table-tennis table, an outdoor lounge and a covered terrace with a long table.
Children and pets
Is the villa suitable for families with children?
Yes: a pool with a safety roller shutter, a twin bedroom for the children, a large garden, games and bikes. The villa for families.
Is there a cot and a high chair?
Yes, a cot and a high chair are provided. More can be arranged: just let us know when you book.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, small pets are welcome.
Getting here
Where is the villa?
At 307 chemin de Val Ample, 13810 Eygalières, France, at the foot of the Alpilles in Provence.
How far is the village?
The centre of Eygalières is 1.6 km away: 6 minutes by bike, 20 minutes on foot. Bikes are provided. Our guide.
Is there parking?
Yes, there is private parking for 3 to 4 cars just before the house, by the north garden. You can also stop in front of the house to unload.
What are the nearest railway station and airport?
Avignon TGV station is about 42 minutes away by car, and Marseille Provence airport about 55 minutes, without traffic.
